Expert Virtual Assistant Services

How Working with a Virtual Assistant Actually Works

As a Virtual Assistant I am registered as a Limited Company (no: 10833727), with the Information Commisioner's Office (Reference ZA481513) and am fully GDPR Compliant. I am also a member of Worthing and Adur's Chamber of Commerce and act as an Ambassador for them as well as contributing to the Events Committee. I am also a member of the Federation of Small Business.

All of this ensures that my clients feel fully confident in working with us and can be assured that their information and business practices are secure.

When taking on a new client, we conduct a full consultation either in person or virtually, to establish their requirements (either on an ongoing basis or for one-off projects), confirm their preferred methods of communication and agree timeframes and budget. It's a collaboration process between us and our clients.

We have secure ways of storing passwords and accessing documents and are well-versed in working with varying systems for all types of organisations. Our Contract and Data Protection Agreement are sent out for signature and returned before work commences and we are also happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements if required.

Once work has started, we will report back at agreed times that are convenient for you (we certainly won't bother you unnecessarily as that defeats the point of outsourcing work!), log all time worked, communicate any updates and make any changes that you require.

In short, you can rest assured that working with us as your Virtual Assistant is a seamless, efficient and productive process.
